Today’s Community Tarot Card is The High Priestess. She represents hidden knowledge. Not just occult secrets, but things within ourselves that are presently hidden from us. She reminds us that the better we understand ourselves the more we can help ourselves and others. This is especially true of the shadow self. If we don’t accept the offer of her guidance into our inner lives, if we press on without making any attempt to access her insight, we will do more harm than good.
Each Tarot card offers us a Gift, Invitation and Challenge. (Hint: the Gift is the grace that is already given us to overcome the Challenge.) Before you read on, decide if you want to know what Gift, Invitation or Challenge The High Priestess has for you. All will be revealed below. Please let us know in the comments what your choice was and how the answer applies to you. About the image: The High Priestess Tarot card from the Universal Waite Tarot deck.
