The figure in this card appears to be alert, but resting on his staff. The bandage around his head suggests he has been in a battle. The querant may not have been in an actual battle, although this card frequently comes up when I read for servicemen who are on a break or vacation, but they have certainly been battling with some aspect of their life. You know what it’s like when you take a week off? You just start to unwind and it’s time to go back to work. You really could have done with another week to relax.
