An odd dream.
Friday, July 20th, 2007The other night I had a dream where I had purchased a house and I was moving into it. The front door was partially boarded over and I tried to get some workmen to take the boards down so the opening would be more welcoming. The workment were removing rubbish and debris from the cul de sac in front of my house. The road was gravel and there were three or four other houses in the cul-de-sac, and I think there was a bridge over the entrance.
Inside the house, I kept finding rooms full of people who were setting up shop or practice there. I found one woman who was doing tarot readings in a room on the right side of the house. I yelled at her to get out, that I live here now and it's not public property. I knocked over her crystals, candles and icons, yelling at her to get out. There seemed to be some kind of market operating in the area to the left side of the house. People were using my house as an entrance to get there. The more I yelled at people to get out and tried to herd them out of my house, the more people came in. I found another tarot reader set up in a room and I yelled at her to get out too and tried to trash her room. I kept finding room after room full of people and door after door with people just piling through. No sooner would I get one door locked and one room cleared, there would be another 10 rooms and doors and even more people. It was exhausting.
The next night I dreamed about some animals - a small mouse, a blue bird and a fish in a tank. According to the Native Americans, Mouse medicine is about paying attention to the details, and since it was a very small mouse, I'm thinking it's about very small details. A bluebird, or blue bird, is supposed to be about love and romance and I haven't checked up on the fish yet.
